Sensual massage in London, and the people behind it

One person runs the diary and answers every message. Six women do the work. Nobody here is interchangeable, and nothing about the place is dressed up to look bigger than it is.

01

How this works

Ember is run by one person who keeps the diary, answers the messages and settles the schedule with each of the six women every week. When you write on WhatsApp or Viber, that is who replies. There is no call centre and no rotating cast of receptionists, which is why the answers come quick and why nobody asks you to repeat what you booked. The same person confirms your hour, sends the address and sorts out anything that goes sideways on the day.

The six came onto the books slowly, one at a time. Each of them had done massage work before, most of it in adult or naturist rooms elsewhere in London, and each arrived through someone already here. There was no advert and no casting call. A woman would suggest someone she had worked beside, that person would come in, give a session to the one who runs the diary, and either join or not. It is a blunt filter, and it has kept the standard even across all six.

The rates differ because each woman sets her own hour. Nobody here is priced by a manager. Juno charges £350 because her diary fills at £350; Delphine charges £280 because she keeps a lighter week and prefers it full. Experience, demand and what a session with her involves all go into the figure, and the figure sits on her card so you do not have to guess. The spread between them is not a ranking. Guests go back to the £280 hour as often as the £350 one.

Some things this place is not. It is not an agency with forty faces and a gallery that changes by the week; the six women on this site are the six who work here. It is not a parlour you walk into off the street, because the door opens for confirmed bookings and nobody else. And it is not a front for something more. The boundaries printed on the booking page are the boundaries kept in the room: the touch runs one way, and sex is not on offer at any price.

The work itself is sensual massage in the plain sense: warm oil, skin on skin, a full hour that belongs to you and does not get trimmed at the edges. Adult massage in London is a crowded trade and much of it is rushed. The women here are paid properly, keep their own hours and choose their own guests, and that shows in the room. A relaxed therapist gives a better massage. That is most of the philosophy, and there is not much more of it.

There is no founding story worth telling, and no plaque with a year on it. The place exists because six good therapists wanted a well-run room, fair money and a diary someone else answers, and one person was willing to do the answering. It has stayed small on purpose. Growing would mean taking on women sight unseen and handing the messages to strangers, and both of those would cost the thing the regulars come back for.

Fair questions

Is the person answering the messages one of the six women?

No. The diary is run separately, so the women are not answering chats mid-session. You deal with one person before you arrive and with your therapist once you are in the room. Anything agreed in the chat is passed to her word for word.

Are the six women employees, or is this an agency thing?

Neither word fits well. Each woman is independent, sets her own rate and keeps her own diary. Ember books the room, answers the messages and keeps the schedules from colliding. She keeps the bulk of her fee, which is part of why the standard holds.

How do I know the boundaries are real and not just wording for the website?

They protect the women first, and the women enforce them. A guest who pushes past them is out mid-session, unrefunded, and does not book again. That has happened. The rules sit on the site so you can decide before any money moves.

What happens if I book and the woman I chose stops working there?

You hear before the day, not after you arrive. You can move the booking to another of the six, shift the date, or drop it with nothing owed. The books change rarely, but when they do, guests with confirmed hours are told first.
